Our AI continuously analyzes the homogeneity of the material in the silo based on sensor data and crane movements. All material movements are automatically recorded and documented to ensure that the condition of the silo can be tracked at any time.
Based on this, the crane operator receives clear, data-driven recommendations for optimal mixing and distribution of the material. This reduces process fluctuations, increases plant stability, and enables more efficient control of operations.
Integration with crane automation
The data collected and the recommendations for action can be integrated directly into existing crane automation systems. This not only supports material handling but also enables it to be carried out in an increasingly automated and optimally controlled manner—resulting in even more consistent silo management and more efficient plant operations.

Our system provides continuous, AI-powered monitoring of the silo and displays its current status in 3D and 2D views. All relevant material and process data is captured in real time and combined with external information, such as ERP tonnage data.
