Hardware Systems/Integration Lead (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Hardware Systems / Integration Lead (m/f/d) who will take ownership of our hardware initiatives – from strategic planning and system integration to supplier management and the development of new hardware solutions. Your Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and execution of hardware integration initiatives
• Setup, commissioning, and deployment of hardware systems – both internally and at customer sites
• Supplier management: selection, coordination, and development of hardware suppliers
• Procurement management: sourcing components, planning materials and parts, and optimizing costs
• Leading system integration, testing, and quality assurance activities
• Responsibility for the industrialization and continuous improvement of our hardware solutions
• Acting as the interface between hardware, sales, and business development, translating requirements into technical solutions
• Optimizing procurement and manufacturing processes

What We Are Looking For

• Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
• At least 5 years of experience in hardware engineering, ideally including project leadership, supplier management, and procurement
• Experience integrating complex systems and coordinating on-site installations
• Knowledge of CAD and 3D modeling tools (e.g., SolidWorks), manufacturing technologies, and 3D printing
• Ability to create, interpret, and implement technical documentation (e.g., electrical schematics, P&ID diagrams)
• Hands-on mentality combined with strategic thinking
• Team player who thrives in a dynamic start-up environment
• Good German and English language skills (minimum B2 level)
• Valid Class B driver's license
